Does everything I need, apart from allowing you to choose when to receive notifications for specific accounts. I have one account I really don't need notifications for over the weekend but there is no way to stop them without blocking all notifications for all accounts. Until then I'll have to use two apps for my emails. It needs account specific quiet hours feature, maybe quiet days option so that say, work emails don't bug you on your regular days off.
I am constantly in search of proper email client. The previous one I was using was very very good. Wanted to try edison mail and see if it was as good as that and to my delight, this blew the other excellent app out of the water. The unsubscribe option is a life saver. To the developers : excellent work. Keep it up. The only issue has been that the unsubscribe option misses out a lot of the newsletters. Would be nice if you could find a way to catch most of them.
This is the best app I've seen for quickly (extremely quickly) adding AOL and Hotmail email accounts. The display and features are almost exactly like the older generic email apps that used to be preloaded on phones, and it's so much better than the AOL app. My new phone only had Gmail loaded, so I tried a few of these apps before landing on this one. I am SO glad I found it!
Hits all the marks for a wonderful mobile email app. Clean interface, fast and easy syncing of mobile accounts from multiple providers, the works. The only problem I have is I can't reliably send emails from outlook accounts. I get a "secure connection could not be established" error 4 out of 5 times. This minor bug shouldn't deter people from using this app, as it is still easily the best email app on the market.
So far it's been pretty reliable and fast, but when i add in my company exchange email account, the emails don't get pushed automatically. I never know I have email unless I log into the app and refresh. I've checked all settings and everything seems to be set properly. All other email apps I've tried worked fine. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks
This is not the most advanced email app you'll find. But it is far more reliable and has some nice touches. It is similar to inbox by google but you get to add other non google accounts. It hardly uses any battery and I hope they improve this with a dark skin in the future (for amoled devices). Overall I tried a lot other apps and keep coming back to this one!
