Overall a very useful mobile app but have to take off a couple of stars for the following reasons: No option to set a later date for bill payments. They are processed immediately. That's a very basic function that other bank apps have. They took out the forex functionality and we have no idea when it's coming back or if ever. It was bad enough that they buried it inexplicably under transfers, now they took out for no apparent reason.

I am having issues with app this week. When I logged in, there's a message that prompted "Something is wrong. " If I clicked that the app will closed. What I did I reinstalled and another issue occurred. A message prompted "Something wrong. If you've been using the old Eastwest online and haven't signed up for this new platform, kindly register first to access your account."

I loved how eastwest gave a higher starting credit limit. however when I downloaded the easy way apps to monitor and access my account easily, my account didnt show. I uninstall and downloaded again but still the same. I tried to click link account it appears linking error. Would you mind to fix that issue and make the easy way apps easy to use for us. Thankyou.
