Extremely frustrating experience. Got the first door to connect to the internet and app, and while it frequently disconnects only to reconnect after a while, it works. Then I tried to connect a second door. That is when it all broke down - despite hours of testing install sequence permutations, factory resets of everything and contacting support, nothing works. I can't recommend Nimly products to anyone, at least not the Connect Module and Gateway.

Using Easyaccess hardware on two doors. The functionality is 4 stars Software is 3 stars Manual for software is 1/2 star I am SW engineer with 20 years experience, and I used 3 hours to get this working...
