I logged in to get a loan, but I did not get it as they asked to do a payment, so deleted the app.I'm constantly getting message in whatsapp like you don't pay your amount your number will be in blacklist and won't be able to take loans anywhere. I did not even take a loan. How can I get such messages which is inappropriate. Its so wrong to treat customers like that. Please don't keep sending messages to pay that amount where I'm not interested in taking loans,worst app ever seen...

I didn't take a loan from easy cash app but I am getting back to back messages in what's app to pay amount. Why should I pay when I didn't take loan these messages are threatening people badly pushing them to mental stress. I will lodge a complaint Today with all the what's app numbers from which I am getting the messages if this is not stopped. I have also reached out to the customer service through email I need a answer without which all the numbers will go to cyber crime. Ridiculous app
