This is the third time ive added this app. Its differant the origional app. Before i could use wifi or data. After installing this app i noticed i could only connect with wifi . well i recently had some issues with my router so i replaced it . now i cant get the app to connect to the camera . and theres zero tech support. This app is a big waste of time! Looks like im gonna end up buying a new camera and removing this app.

Zero suport from the factory, they just want to sell. No firmware updates. App is not offering playback simple tasks like FF, REW, video search. You are forced to watch recorded videos with default playback speed. You can not download recorded videos from the card. Do not buy EasyN cameras.

Almost since 2021 starts, App is working only when connected to the same wifi, if i turned on my phone data, the app is not connecting to the camera anymore, So can open it only when I'm at home🙄👎👎
