The worst of the delivery services, I've had so many problems with cancelled orders or orders that simply don't go through. And whenever I call customer service they can never do anything to make it right. Doordash or Postmates are way better services.
Used to have good luck with Eat24 but after a recent move have found their local delivery drivers to be rude and careless on a number of occasions. From now on I'll call for delivery or takeout directly to the restaurants and skip the middle man.
Simple but efficient app. Service is great, any issues are solved perfectly and gracefully. I do wish there were more restaurants on it however. specific details on location of order (prep, in oven, almost ready). would make it much better too. Overall, i like it a lot and use it often.
Unable to log into my account. Signed in on my p.c. with no problem. I even did a reset to the password. Also, Uninstalled and re-installed app. Still nada. Please fix
Used it once, never again. The app added tip when I didn't select it. Also it said I was paying cash on the delivery but I paid via PayPal. Delivery man was very confused and so was I. Very embarrassing and not worth the hassle!
Maybe I just have bad luck with this app, but it just has not been reliable for me. Orders fail half the time and twice I've been charged for the order despite the order failing. Working with customer service feels like I'm talking to a robot that doesn't understand that I simply don't want to pay for an order that did not go through. Their answer is always wait 5 days for the bank to process, claiming that the pending charge will not go through. Well, the charges went through so I want my refund but they still want me to wait another day.
Minor bug fixes and improvements. Also... PLOT TWIST: GrubHub is our dad!
