Gives false success messages but never places order. The application will give you a message saying that your order went through, but then when your food never shows up you find out there was no order. ADDITIONALLY, there is apparently no way to delete your account, so I recommend never giving them your information in the first place.

The best part it remembers your last order for quick orders. My only complaint is I sometimes go so fast, I miss the tip option. After you submit the order you can't go back and tip. Again its my fault but would be cool if they did something about it. Service is awsome quick and idiot proof.
Twice I've ordered using this app. The first time I was missing 1 out of 4 drinks. They quickly resolved. But the second time I ordered through this app I ordered a small pizza and I wanted to change it to a medium so they helped me out with communicating that to the restaurant. But when the food was delivered I received a small pizza and AGAIN I was missing an item. All yelp customer service said is the restaurant assured me they sent all correct items. Which they didn't. At the end of the day it's he say/she say. Which is highly upsetting as I paid for certain items that I did not receive. So far, not satisfied with the customer care.
I received two different coupon codes in my email. One was for $5 off. Despite following all of the rules (minimum subtotal order of $10, pay with credit card, etc, it wouldn't let me use the coupon. The second was for $2 off. The email said that it to be a minimum subtotal of $10 but when I tried to use it, it said $15. Good app but lousy follow through on promotions and customer service.
