I love this app! It's easy to use, fast, and has a lot of options :) P.s. (you can tell that the people that made this app are pretty funny irl. I giggled more than once at some of the small things that popped up lol)
It doesn't seem to understand how distance works. It lists places that are far away as only being about one or two miles. It's not like it has my location wrong... Because it's showing two restaurants that are about 30 minute drives and on opposite sides of town! But of course it lists them as being about three miles away lol.
I previously had no issues until tonight. I reorder my dinner from 11 days ago: buffalo chicken pizza.. the app linked it to s phone number I chsnged weeks ago. They call because driver is getting no answer. The eat24 rep starts, "Is this Clay?" , since its from a "877" number, I ask, "who are you?" He replies with a bit of sass, " This is Marquez with Eat24. When I call from my place of business, I start with, " Hello, my name is Clay calling from..." Your app a weeks old number and your rep doesnt know how to address a customer? Not cool.
Ordering the food was ok. Simple and easy to understand. I used a promo code to recieve 5 dollars off, and it said that it was taken off the total when I paid. But when the delivery man came, it was for the full amount. I feel as though I was tricked into downloading this app to order my food with a good discount only to find out I still had to pay full price. Disappointed, but oh well.
Easy to use, but slow deliveries take over an hour. What's worst, they cancelled my order 30 minutes in with no explanation and I couldn't reach customer support. I didn't even find out until an hour after my order because they only notified me via email
Poorly designed app that never works. It claims i have no internet when im standing next to a router. Dont waste time with this app, use a competitor: postmates, ubereats, all much better choices
Good news: You can now join group orders on the app*!
Better news: This is only available on Android, which means you can gloat to your friends with that *other* kind of phone.
Even better better news: Ranch.
Even more better news: Just because you ordered Ranch doesn’t mean you need to share.
*You still need a friend to start the order on desktop (for now).
