My husband and I cannot figure out how to order on this app. I don't remember the last version to be this difficult. So much for a timesaver, we are elsewhere for lunch.

Don't ask me for my credit card info before even letting me see the menu! The first time I downloaded, you couldn't see any bowl information but I was assured the app was fixed but now this is terrible interface. I want an option not to store my CC info and /or eat anonymously. Stop being creepy and just give me my quinoa.

Very awesome ordering experience. Not often that a restaurant continues to improve the experience for both ordering and quality of ingredients. One of the healthiest food options in San Francisco is also one of the most fun to order at. Such a better experience then waiting in line at other places.

The bowls page is blank, and the options and prices don't match the in-store kiosks. E.g. there's no option for ramen, and the prices for the ingredients are different. Adding cilantro on the kiosk is about 10 cents whereas in the app it is 1 dollar. Also the Build a Bowl page has 3 base options but doesn't indicate what they mean or if there are any differences between them.

Can't place orders in San Francisco. The value of this app is being able to place an order and pickup within 5min. The app still tells me I can't order in SF and doesn't tell me when I can order. I don't want to wait in line for 20 minutes when using the app was so much more efficient. I miss you, eatsa.

Changing from five stars to one star. I get that the company is making changes to the model, the menu, etc., but going completely dark with no ETA is no bueno. At least if we were told when to expect the service to resume, we'd know not to check in until then. But with no ETA, I keep checking the app and it's just broken. It's becoming annoying. Out of sight, out of mind.

Hi there, we have actually released a new update! Please let us know if you experience any issues. Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. I really want to like this app but it won't boot without telling me I'm experiencing Internet issues (I'm not). It's currently unusable at this point.
Poor execution. This app used to so useful. Now it's better off in trash. If eatsa updated their menu and the app is not up to date yet, they need to indicate it in the app clearly. Empty menu in the app will mislead hundreds of your customers to think that you've got nothing. Business lost.
Can't choose a bowl in any SF location and the build a bowl page is worthless. The only thing you can use this for is the Bites, worthless.
The app crashed every time I tried to use it, even after multiple uninstalls/reinstalls and other troubleshooting. A large portion of the menu won't display. The prices are not the same as in the restaurant.

When I click on bowls, the menu page is blank. Needsa to fixsa the appsa.
The new app keeps telling me to check internet connection despite having 4G.

Hi Eric! Do you work at Salesforce by any chance? We had another user report that Salesforce's WiFi network isn't letting the app connect to our servers. Solid app Had some crashing issues but now works well, kudos to the devs for responding to reviews.

The menu is great, the food is prepared quickly and it's really good quality. I could see this type of service being a significant part of the food and beverage industry in the future. If they could have these locations available 24/7, that would be amazing

Love the food, app works perfect after recent update! ***GET THE MOST RECENT UPDATE*** My eatsa app stopped working (Samsung Galaxy), I contacted eatsa and they figured the problem out and fixed it quickly! Do the update again if you haven't since last week.
Works great I've had zero issues with this app. Ordering is straightforward, accurate, and food is ready very quickly. My only complaint is that it doesn't integrate with Android Pay, but that's really a small issue.
Not a bad start Knowing it's in beta it's not too bad. My friend tried and it failed at one point but could have been a connection problem. Also, I'll get a '5 minute remaining...8 minute remaining... Then it's ready 20 seconds later. Luckily I dont go during the thick of lunch but that could be annoying

Good If you are on restricted wifi, it gives error: check internet connection on very first screen. But when you switch to mobile data for first screen, then app works fine on wifi later.

Thanks! Yes it looks like some companies have wifi networks that are restricting access to our servers. Why would you ask for a credit card up front? Really poorly designed app. Uninstalled. 😤
