Vicki Fowlkes Simplfy your app. Too much time spent on working it. Also it likes to add several bags instead of exactly what you ordered. Too sensitive to touch. Fix that and simplify, make instructions clearer. To be honest, it was better last year. I should steal a star, but what the heck, I GOT A DEAL!
I like being able to hide certain information, and to change information as I travel. It's easy to update one tag or all tags. BUT... the information can only be stored on one phone or tablet at a time. Why not on multiple devices?
I got this so I could register my luggage tag, which it does well. I don't like that it pushes ad notifications (e.g. these bags are on sale this week!) with no way to turn them off within the app. Add a settings menu please.
The app allows me to find what I want by entering selected criteria. There is even a feature that learns what I like to narrow down their vast selection. Great quality bags, easy access with the app.
They have deals such as 20% site wide, but do not tell you that there is fine print for all their discounts on many items. Not really site wide, just shady tactics to get dumb people to buy from them. A very shady and dishonest company. Very sad ethics
I got a good deal on the bag that I bought, I got a few of the tags because I thought that they would help you track a missing bag, however they don't really do that..... apparently whoever finds the bag would have to have the app to scan it? And it does not have any kind of chip that tells you where the bag is in the meantime.....
