I use to use this all the time when it was EBates & beginning of Rakuten. Sadly, after the switch I noticed I wouldn't get the % advertised, or just any payment in general. Then it was just getting ridiculous because the minute you click the store you want to shop at & it opens with Rakuten, you can do anything because the web page runs so slow it doesn't load or even acknowledge your touch. I'm back after 2yrs & they still haven't fixed 1 thing! #TRASH & over trying w/ them. Fix it or trash App

It's a great app until you need help that their BOT can't figure out how to solve. I keep getting the same scripted response to my question that has nothing to do with my question. Extremely frustrating. I have used this app for years, but this is the first year I am experiencing so many app glitches. I'm beyond frustrated and UNWILLING to refer anyone else until they fix the issues. Suggestion: get a smarter BOT.

Update and reply: that's the usual way to solve the issue, yes, but if the cart page is just barely long enough to scroll, and I couldn't scroll far enough to remove the bottom bar.. I was able to get it to work by scrolling really fast, eventually. Ty for your reply! One big problem with this app that I love. The menu bar at the bottom will cover the "check out" button on a lot of different websites, making it impossible to complete the transaction...

We are sorry you have had this experience with our app. The lower menu shouldn't be blocking any portion of the store's website intentionally. You should be able to scroll up or down on the store's website to view any part you need to.
