Money back is nice, and I have not had issues with getting my cashback. But app is completely pointless. You cannot shop on apps, only on desktop sites, which suck on a mobile. Slow and frustrating. Why bother with an app if you are just being shoved to a site that is not made to work on a phone? Because of this, I seldom use unless I know I have at least 2 hours to waste on one short shopping list. I don't have a computer, so that is not an option. Not really sure if I will bother keeping.

It says I'm logged in but when I click on my account to verify that the shopping trip I just completed registered, it gives me an error "uh oh...technical difficulties...try again later". I've deleted, re-download and made sure the app is up-to-date and I still have the same problem. When I use Rakuten on my laptop, I have no issues.

Consistently glitchy and super slow. A lot of websites do not work at all, so you can not navigate it to even shop/order (Skylar is one). Other websites won't checkout, it will keep throwing an error (Pact is one). If you're lucky enough to be shopping on a website that works, it will take you 20+ min just to check out (I've missed out on more than one coupon code because it took me too long to checkout and the code expired).
