Ratings and reviews

This app is great, being the only way to get any food or products while in quarantine as a foreigner in Korea. However, if something goes wrong with the delivery of an item, they will string you along with "waiting for updates" without processing a refund or having the issuing company send the product, so if you don't receive an item, you're basically out of luck and just lose the money

Meh, it works.. Lately they've become flooded with scammers which advertise domestic shipping, only to request customs clearance after your order completes (to ship from China, which can be extremely slow and a PITA for foreigners). Particularly with electronics. And since there seems to be no penalty for this type of bad behavior on the platform it's becoming more and more common.

Used to be good. Every 2 minutes you are asked to confirm your preferences. It makes the app annoying and unusable. If you search for a product and look at one of the results on say, page 5, when you press back (to the search results), you go back to page 1 every time. It makes shipping long, tedious and annoying. I suspect the Korean app doesn't suffer from these issues!
