Issues only exist in the app/on the mobile version of the site. When checking out in the basket, you can't "Request new total from seller" if postage discounts are not applied automatically, but only on the full site/PC. Later you receive the invoice in your registered email address then press "Pay Now" (I'm using the Yahoo Mail App). You're taken to the mobile site but only the first item will be payable, meaning that you have to pay everything separately and ask for a refund, or do it on the full site/PC!
I gave this a couple of months before i reviewed it. The old saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" really does apply to this app. I thought maybe because it's new it might take a little time to get used to, but it's very poor and difficult to navigate. Please revert back to the old application as it was simple and easy to use. Plus i lost the majority of my saved users.
App look and feel is good but not functionality. I reset my phone and reinstalled this app now can't see previous messages or purchases. What kind of app would that be if it doesn't have such basic features?
It's getting better, but the way it still auto selects a category is annoying 90% of the time. I can't see it being difficult for the developers to let the user choose to turn auto-select off?
Too many problems. Message notifications are not working and I also get taken straight back to the homepage rather than the results after I've looked at a result.
Need to retain full buying/selling history-only shows last 90 days on the mobile phone App. Still a good site but needs more development for those who lack access to full website…we pay the same fees so work on developing what is missing.
