"Over the past 13 years, I've dedicated myself to selling various items on eBay. However, recent experiences have left me disappointed and concerned. In several instances, I've faced the frustrating situation where customers returned incorrect or damaged items. One time, the product I sold was returned with entirely different contents, leading to a loss in both the case and my investment. Another instance involved a returned item with broken parts, and most disheartening was receiving wrong ite

Updated format.....the new layout is terrible and the app now forces you to add payment info when you submit an offer. eBay has change over the years but this is the worst layout. the interface is more difficult to use. To add to this, the new update is even worse. My partner no longer uses the app at all. With the bugs and problems, I have switched to the browser instead myself. It takes a couple of days for an item in the app to let me pay while showing it as sold when I accept and offer.

From what was a decent app for a seller, eBay has chosen to modify the app until it is almost unworkable. First the app changed the custom SKU so sellers waste hours looking for a sold item in the wrong place. Then eBay chose to change the preference for printing postage labels without notice not once but twice. So it's gotten to be more trouble than it's worth since your shipping preference is not only changed, but you're locked out from changing it back to what you prefer.
