Great little tool I love my Hybrid +, have had it for over a year now. It is not super user friendly, but,not hard either if you read the info manual that comes with it. I find the device accurate, and I sync it only about once a week to the app. Charging it can be quirky, but I figured it out. For a device that half to a third of the price of other fitness bands- I found this one to be a good first one!
SMS and call notification not working I just got this and, so far it is syncing, although I'm skeptical about the accuracy of the tracking. What is really bothering me is that I turned on SMS and call notifications and they are not transferring to the watch at all. That function works on my other smart watch but not this one. I'm on Android 6.0. There is nothing in the manual or online it says it isn't compatible and it is a simple function. How can this not be compatible with the most used operating system? Come on!
I have the Hybrid+ and the LG G3. I have no problems with syncing, but the sleep tracker is one day ahead. For example, Wednesday nights sleep will be logged for Thursday. Also, I'm REALLY unsure how accurate the step tracker is. Brushing my hair & getting dressed count as steps. Right now, it's 1:04am & it says I have 40 steps & I haven't moved since before midnight. :-/ I would recommend a different tracker, or perhaps one worn on your belt/waistband. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying it. I wouldn't have wasted my money.
I would give this no stars if I could. The app is AWFUL. It doesn't track sleep when you turn it to night mode, but will give sleep data when I take it off and leave it on the counter. It doubles my steps when I sync it. There is ZERO customer service, they tell you it's an issue with your device. Not worth the headache.
Incompatible with Nexus I purchased this last night, came home and downloaded the app to my Nexus (Google), and it doesn't appear to work. From all accounts, this product is compatible only with Apple. Android users, it's time we file a class action lawsuit for false advertising. Who's with me?
Can't edit daily goals When I go to the screen where you edit daily goals the bottom two icons ( Cal and miles) are barely visible and cannot be selected to adjust the two. It would be a good app if I could scroll down and be able to adjust these two icons to coincide with my workout
