Was able to download the app. Home page looked similar to the one online. Was able to access site using same login as I use for computer. Options on app are not the same and when I clicked every option it would say there is no information. Looks like the 2 systems are not communicating now. Would be nice to have on phone but can live without.
Can't even get in Got my new card and it says download the app, but my letter doesn't contain userid or password so I would need to New user link to work but it doesn't. Would have been so convenient if this actually worked.
Can't use It won't let me set up an account on the app. When I tap on "don't have a Web account" it does nothing. When I go to the website to set up an account, I won't accept my email address because it doesn't match their records when they just sent me an email from that address
Login screen doesn't remember my info after logging in. Check box for show. The user id and password help links do nothing. Seems like a kids project that wasn't tested.
It would be nice to be able to click on the app rather than going into the website or call to find out your balance. Don't find it very useful.
