You download this "free", then they make you create account and only then you find out that you have to subscribe for $20 subscription ))) great! In trash it goes just for deceiving promotion.
I have the book and was so excited when the app came out. $19.99 is a steal for this comprehensive resource. Dr. Scott Johnson is world renowned for his natural approach. This is a must!
This app is fantastic!!! Love having all these resources on my phone. The therapeutic properties of essential oils and quick cautions reference have helped me tremendously when I am not home to look things up. Love the detailed descriptions you have with each oil along with links for safety, evidence and administration/dosage. Thank you for putting this together!!!
A wealth of information about essential oils with pictures, full descriptions and published data including any medical studies and established "anecdotal" users.
I agree that it's misleading to list the app as free but charge $19.99 to use it. Why not just charge for the app so that it's VERY clear that to get any use from the app it will cost you? If you're so proud of the product you are offering and you feel the service you provide is worth the money I don't see the point in listing the app as free. I would gladly pay $19.99 for a good app but there is no way to find out exactly what your app/website/subscription offers for that amount. Is it a one-time purchase or yearly subscription price? You can't even look at your website without having a subscription so I have no idea what types of information your website or app offer. The screenshots on your "about" page are helpful but I'd like to see a little more. Compared to $20, there are several apps out there much cheaper or free with similar information so I would like to be clear what is so superior about yours that makes it worth the money. It would also be great to see a feature that allows the user to track which of the oils they maintain in their inventory. Very few apps offer this and I'd pay for it if it existed. Even being able to "favorite" an oil would help.
Misleading. Please don't put it as free. It isn't.
