HOW DOES FIELDMETRIX WORK?
Data captured on your Android device in the field is sent to our hosted web application in real time connecting you with your mobile employees. The free version of FieldMetrix allows you to easily capture information associated with Proof of Service; also called Proof of Delivery (ePOD).
A standard form template is used to capture each Proof of Service. You can customize the drop down lists with your own client names and package type. You can complete up to 5 Proof of Service tasks per day using the free version.
2) Cloud Architecture
There are no servers to maintain and no expensive development projects - we've taken care of that. You can log in to our secure servers and monitor the progress of your employees using most web browsers.

The Proof Of Service application allows collection of photos, timestamps, automated determination of the location of delivery and signatures to provide digital proof / documentation of your deliveries.

a. A project is the term used for a scheduled service: either a delivery or an outdoor ad placement
b. The project includes the record of the service that was performed, any barcodes scans, signatures, and any photos
with embedded timestamps, GPS coordinates and notes embedded in the photo
d. Projects can be scheduled from the website (www.aridhio.com) then downloaded to the smartphone
e. When the delivery has occurred or the ad has been placed, the project can be recorded and upload
f. Once the project is uploaded, a report can be generated
Support on tablet devices: traditional 1D barcodes will not scan well on most tablet devices.
To use the barcode scanning capabilities with application on tablet devices, 2D or QR Codes
must be used. QR Codes can be purchased with sequentially incrementing values from
a number of different websites (search for sequential QR codes).
