App has worked well so far. Would be nice to have a graph of the charging session. Biggest issue is that you have to have a credit card tied to it and every time you go below $5 it automatically charges you another $10 meaning you'll always have money tied to your account even if you'll never use it. You have the option to use a credit card on the station itself but you won't get charging updates other thana receipt at the end. It would be much better to have direct billing to card in the app

The app says the price is per kWh but the price is actually per minute. But the app is not telling me how much time I am or was charging. Reminders of idling fees of $0 per minute is another stupid problem this app has. It would have been 3 but the app is missing basic information like the speed that the car requested vs. the charger provides. If the car requested 100kW but EVSE is not capable of that speed at this time, the price should be devided by the proportion.

" please check your internet connection" error. Internet and data on phone is fine. Cannot log into app. Have removed it, deleted all data, and tried again. No luck. Not looking like I'll have a reliable experience here when the chargers open up...
