LifePath Clinician, from Canadian company Elastic Care, allows doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to remotely view patient vital signs and symptoms, securely communicate with patients and manage health data and prescriptions. Once your credentials have been validated, you're enrolled as a professional on the platform. The platform is free to download and there are no up-front fees.
