I began using the ECFit Boulder app in Nov. 2018 and started with the KG run program and have progressed to the in season triathlon program at Erin's recommendation. These sessions are unlike any other strength program I've ever done -including typical gym weights, heavy lifting, light lifting, TRX, body weight, yoga, etc. The plane of moments combining mobility and strength have me feeling so balanced, my long term injuries and limiters are disappearing, and I am running better than I have in years. I'm sure the sessions are helping my swim and bike, but it's in the corrosive discipline of running that I'm feeling the most benefit. Thanks Erin!!

Love this app along with it's creator ♡ Broke my shoulder from bike accident months ago, blown front tire. Just getting back into these workouts again. YAY!!I. I am happy to start again, esp. my body! Sooo sooooo missed them!!
I like it a lot. The only reason not giving a 5 star is because some commentary or notes on exercises would be good. While the video is great, there may be some items to watch out for or form tips you can't determine from the video.
