The Sample Line was created for users to rent different pieces of diamond jewellery every month.
The Sample Line is an initiative of eClarity Diamonds, which is an award-winning jewellery brand, recognized for its gemologist consultation, design exclusivity, and top-notched craftsmanship — Specializing in bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands, bridal jewellery & anniversary gifts.
The Sample Line has more than 1000 pieces of jewellery in their sample line, with multi-million worth of jewellery, including all kinds of gemstones and diamonds, ranging from sapphires, rubies, emeralds, morganite, even fancy coloured diamonds like black, pink and blue diamond. Precious stones like pearls, and jade are also among the many. These jewelleries are created as necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and bangles.
The Sample Line functions on a monthly membership subscription basis, for any occasion, including weddings, friends outing, dates.
After your membership is confirmed, you can now use the The Sample Line app to view the virtual gallery, order, select a delivery time, and schedule a return. Free delivery is now included!*
For further peace of mind, members can pay for Care Pack, which covers users against careless scratch, mark, and food stains.
For things that you would buy for your yourself, like black diamond, like pink diamond, you probably wouldn’t buy it for your first piece, but you can now rent it with The Sample Line.
We understand not everyone is comfortable with like a pink diamond or a ruby, or an emerald, so it’s an opportunity to test whether if it looks good on your skin. If you like it, you can still buy it, but before that you can always test it out. You see that the younger generation they are not without the intention to buy it, they just want a new piece every month, to match with their shirt, for parties, for gatherings.
Customers could come in and subscribe to the service, renting their jewellery that they are not wearing anymore, and they get to wear a new piece of jewellery every month. So, instead of buying, your tenth pair of earrings, that you may wear or you don’t wear, now you have the option of renting, returning, renting it up within the community.
One of the first in Singapore to have a subscription model. I think in the past, when you think about jewellery rental, it’s always for your wedding day, or that very special day. And you rent that 1 piece of jewellery. So, you continue to buy, on a yearly basis, monthly. In terms of subscription model, we want to really encourage that, sometimes renting could be better than buying and then you get a new pair of earrings every month.
