Some days deciding what to eat is harder than cooking it.
You open the fridge, you know you need to eat, and your brain won't pick. By the time you've scrolled past five hundred recipes, the energy you had for cooking is gone. So it's toast again. Or nothing.
This app starts somewhere else. It doesn't ask what you fancy. It asks how you're doing.
Made for ADHD and autistic adults, for anyone running on empty, and for anyone whose executive function has left the building by six o'clock.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick your mood. Get food you can actually manage in that state.
• Overstimulated — quiet cooking. Few ingredients, little noise, nothing that needs timing.
• Running on Empty — the almost-nothing meals, for when there's no fuel left.
• I've Got This — a bit more involved, for the days you've got some capacity.
• Ready for Some Fun — when cooking is the dopamine rather than the chore.
• Dinner Party — when you're feeding people and you want it to go well.
No scrolling. No deciding. No five hundred options.
BUILT AROUND SAFE FOODS
If you eat the same three things because they're safe, that isn't a failure. It's a system, and this app works with it instead of against it. Keep your safe foods where you can find them, come back to them as often as you like, and branch out only on the days you've got the capacity for it.
WHAT'S IN IT
• 45 recipes across five moods, with new ones added every month
• A 7-day planner you fill by energy rather than by day
• Shopping lists built automatically from what you've planned
• Cook mode — one step at a time, with timers, so you don't lose your place
• Servings that scale automatically
• Dietary filters
• A pantry list, so you stop buying what you already have
WHO MADE IT
We're a family in Kent. My husband spent 25 years as a professional chef with an undiagnosed brain — sixty-hour weeks, constant noise, and nothing left at the end of them. When that ended, we had to work out how to feed a family without a commercial kitchen's structure holding it all together.
We built this for ourselves first and put it on the store afterwards. Every recipe has been cooked in our house, on the kind of day it was designed for.
