I've had several problems with this app and service. Everything from drivers being very late making me almost an hour late for my appointment to no one returning to pick me up. I've been stranded on more than one occasion even though I have clearly booked a return trip home. It is very difficult to get through to anyone at the number provided in the app. It takes more then 30 minutes even with the 'problem with today's trip' option. Frustrating, especially while stuck at the doctor.

For the most part, I like the app. Like others I have had problems with the timing and drivers not showing up. The one thing that needs immediate attention is the ability to know who our reservations are submitted to. I have a personal preference as to who I'll ride with. The problem is, I can't confirm that they are the ones that my trips have been assigned to without calling Intelleride. If I have to call them anyway, I could just schedule my trips on the phone instead of the app.

If you contact Intelleride they may also be able to add your provider preference to your profile so that you're more likely to get your them. It's a great concept but the app is difficult and frustrating to use. When i open up the app to try and schedule a new trip, it automatically opens to "upcoming trips". Instead of giving me the option to schedule a new trip, it will just sit there on a blank screen with no upcoming trips. Love the service but hate the app
