Ratings and reviews

Several things need to be worked on. Appointments cannot be added to my calendar. I have Google, Samsung and Outlook. It will not propagate to any of them. There are no notifications. Not of an appointment. Not of a new prescription. Not of a message. Nothing. It seems to lack all of the advantages of having an app. Literally everything this app can do, can be done by email. Except I get a notification when I receive an email. So email is actually better.

Tried to sign in. After entering 4 of six characters, it flashed warning that there had been 5 incorrect attempts to log in, so it would do a five minute countdown before allowing another attempt. This is when there hadn't been any attempts, and only 4 of 6 characters were entered! I waited 5 and tried again with the same result. Is someone attacking your servers? Also, appointment check-in never works. I end up having to use their long form check in or waiting for an available window.

Love the app. But, I would love if the timeout is not instantaneous (as soon as you move focus from this to another app, it locks). There should be at least a few seconds delay or configurable (which will allow copy paste from other application, especially related to sending messages). But other than that, this app works great.
