Works fine for me. Fairly easy to use. Easy to use, the parts that actually work! Cannot access billing or records/visit summary. No online support and in person support acknowledges that there is a problem with the app, but the only solution offered is to call the office directly for the information I'm looking for! Reducing my rating to 1 star.

This app is hot garbage. The UI seems to be carefully designed to squeeze as much irritation out of a human soul as possible, while not actually performing any of the functions it is intended for. It literally does not work, showing web page errors outside of the app itself whenever you try to do anything, and it requires a PIN code unlock every single time you switch in and out of the app, including after it has loaded your web browser to tell you that it can't do what you want it's supposed to

The app is incredibly unresponsive, with little indication that you have selected anything. Much of the processing happens without informing the user that something is loading or processing. Also, it is literally impossible to change it password. There are multiple issues with the process, including waiting until the service sends you a recovery code before moving to a new screen. The button doesn't react to input. Finally, pushing submit on the new password does not seem to do anything.
