Been using it for a while now. Service is always impeccable. Only experienced one late delivery (late being 20 minutes instead of 15) after about 10 orders. Consider me a fan. Edit: Changing review to 2-stars. Everything was honky doory for a while but ive been unable to make a purchase for weeks due to a weird error thrown at checkout. It just says Error: Fraud and happens no matter what payment form I use. Contacted support 3 times only to be told the issue was escalated but it ends there.

Fine until it's not. My last order never arrived but I got a message to say it had. Tried but failed to get any response for days. Customer support function in app is dreadful. Emails not responded to. Then I was quizzed on why I took so long to report the missing delivery. Am now uninstalling app and investigating alternatives. For something that's supposed to be all about convenience, I ain't got time for this.

This app has higher quality (typically) products and a superior user interface to getir. So why do I use getir so much more? Deals and customer support. If gorillas had the same promotions and discounts that getir, then I would use it more than getir. And in the cases where something goes wrong, whether from my end or gorillas, I have to wait a long time before customer support gets back to me. With getir it's near immediate. With an accidental delivery, the delivery will arrive before support.
