I had login issues but they were eventually resolved. If you can't log in even with the right password and SMS code, contact support and they will help. Try in the morning as well, that's when I could log in myself. Though, after a dozen emails with support they could not help me add the card to google pay. I wish they just told me I can't do it so I didn't waste time. But they kept giving me generic advice instead of actually helping. Overall I appreciate the Edenred service, but not the app

Painfully slow and notifications do not work. Edit: I got randomly logged off the app and now I'm unable to log back in due to "oops, something happened" error. This might be the most faulty app I have ever installed. Edit 2: I'm unable to log back in even after authorising with a code received via a text message. It requires a password and then code sent via text. After entering all the above I'm being sent back to the login screen. The message says "login failed, try again". Abysmal!

Generally is a very slow and laggy application. Sometimes it lags so much that when I put my credentials it fails to load so I have to close it and open it again. Also when I put my credentials most of the times it takes me back to login page without fail message. There you have to wait for a couple of seconds. If you don't and you enter your credentials again (because you think that it failed) your account will be blocked just like it happened with me. Also support link usually doesn't work.
