Unstable app, with frequent moments of poor connectivity. Don't rely on it to quickly check your balance before paying, because it won't load. At home right now trying to open the app to check something and it keeps loading and loading and loading. Deeply unreliable and I see it's a common sentiment in the feedback section. Response/ load time needs to be addressed asap, we need the app sometimes to check our cards' info and we are held back by how poor the app performs.

One of the worst apps I have ever used in my life. For example: Choosing you next load function, why not make canceling the choice works the same way, I can't just cancel, NO I have to make another choice for the fist one to be canceled. Why I can't transfer my current balance to a voucher directly from the app? Painful logging in process, the app forgets you after few months of not using it. It is only useful to see your balance and only recently to check transactions.

Slowest app I have ever used. Loads forever initially if at all, often just doesn't load at all. Only possible to view very recent balance events. Terrible. 0/5 UPDATE: 6 months is absolutely too short time to show balance events. It should be AT LEAST the same time as the money expiration time, i.e. two years. Currently it's useless. Also, please explain why it's so difficult to make an app that doesn't take dozens of seconds to start?
