- Log in using your existing online account details or register for a new online account
- Use Android fingerprint to log in to your account simply and securely
- Check your account balances, bills, payment history, energy use and tariff information all in one place
- Get updates and reminders – if it’s time to pay or send a meter reading, we'll let you know
- Make payments in an instant, and store details for up to five cards
- Submit your meter readings or send us a photo of your meter so we can do it for you
- Use our built-in torch to help you read your meter in the dark
- Switch easily between your different accounts or properties
- Get help fast: check our FAQs or send us a message by WhatsApp or SMS
- You can only use our mobile app whilst in the UK and Ireland.
- Our mobile app is available for credit meter customers only. PAYG and Prepayment customers are currently not supported. PAYG meter support will be launching soon.
