Very worst experience. There's no phone number of delivery person or branch in Tracking option. Every time the order is changed and got to know only after opening the parcel. Price is huge for items but with bad quality. Don't spoil your name. And every order is taking minimum one hour to get it delivered.

Till now, I have ordered only three times from the app for briyani. All the three times the worst experience in receiving to home. Instead I have waited for an hour and went directly to shop for getting my order. The store manager relaxly said , sir sorry for inconvenience. Instead he should have called me once the order is ready. Better to order via swiggy or uber eats. Worst app and hospitality. I never recommend this app to use for delivery to home.

the taste of the food is so so good...but the delivery know? its is worst to the core...we have experienced this more than 5 times...they dont provide the items ordered correctly...everytime they miss one or other item...if we order for 7 items they give us only 4 items...uless we check we don't know that those items are missing...so guys please check the items once or twice before you take it from the entrance to inside your home... if you want to avoid these problems please visit the hotel.
