Plenty of issues, Ui gets confusing. Notifications are taking time to load. No support, Cant fix mistakes in contact details. Random fee amount notification and their late fees being added. school asked to ignore the fine notification as even they can't fix. Please fix the basic things.

I paid the fees, but the school hasn’t received it yet. It’s still showing as due, along with a late fee fine. My money seems to be stuck, and I don’t know where it went. This is my first time using this app, and it’s the first time something like this has happened. There’s no helpline number or support available. worst experience

A lot of improvements are needed. Overall performance is very slow. Notifications are not pushed. Everyday you have to log in and check if there is any email / sms. This is not yet a pro grade app. Even BUS TRACKING is the worst.
