Over the years, MyChart has increasingly become more inaccurate, confusing, and time consuming. Its difficult, if not impossible, to find old test resukts so i xan compare and keep track of growth, progress, or so ething that needs attention. Its easier with regard to looking up appointments, checking if there's any outstanding new balances. But that is sometimes confusing as balances shown in My Chart do not appear the same general time statements received by mail are not in sinc.

My balance has been wrong for the last 4 months. I have emails and called for mychart to be corrected. They tell me I have no balance due but have still not corrected the mychart balance. Consequently every time I have an appointment or test they ask me to pay off my account. I am so frustrated with this I went to the hospital directly and found out there is no payment/finance department at the facility at all. Just call and leave a message just like I have been doing for months. Zero cust. Ser.
When my doctor messages me, I click on View Message and it pulls up a blank screen. I have used this app for years and it's been fine until 6 weeks ago. I just deleted the app and reinstalled. It's doing the same thing!
