One of the most useless app for booking a service requests/complains. I have been using this app for past couple of years and there's absolutely no improvement where the user tries to book a service via app but instead is forced to call the customer care. Customer care availability is also limited to 8am to 8pm. Even after giving this feedback about the app to the customer care agent, nothing changes.

Very disappointing service. I have been requesting a filter replacement for the past 3 months, but no one has resolved the issue. They keep closing my complaints without replacing the filter or even contacting me properly. This is extremely frustrating and feels like they don't care about their customers after the sale. I expected much better service from Eureka Forbes. Please improve your customer support and stop closing complaints without resolving them.

Extremely poor and unreliable service. Booked a filter replacement, but no technician showed up in the selected slot and no updates were given. Rescheduled for next day—again no visit. Shockingly, the app falsely showed that the technician had already visited and started service. Customer care had no record of any visit, and the status was later changed back to "service request booked". This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Still waiting with no clarity. Worst service experience.
