Great exercise app! This is a good app for busy people just starting to work out. After time the routine will be redundant, but you can easily change out alternative exercises for the ones given to mix it up a little. For example, today I was short on time (and motivation) but needed to work upper body and/or abs (did legs yesterday) so every time the app called for a leg exercise, I just substituted in an upper body one.
I'm using this app to loose weight. First day and it's really made me work. It's a great app and can even go by a simple meal plan. Exercise vids and even videos for ppl who can't quite do the full exercise yet. So even like a beginner like me, definitely recommended :)
Awesome app! Love that it has a beginner feature. It even offers tips for you to do each exercise differently if you're not strong enough to do the normal ones. I've downloaded all the Lumowell workout apps. Can't wait to try them all. Looking forward to seeing results.
It help a lot I go on YouTube to see if there's any workout videos but there poorly made,if you need a exercise video this is the one.
Kicks my butt I'm badly out of shape and trying to get back into the swing of things. I love all these apps!
I really like it! It would be more helpful (and motivating!) though if the statistics showed an actual graph instead of just the total minutes and calories burned. Thanks :D
