the app not working. can't sign-up or can't sign in l.. kmt

I was applying for my police record as a foreign national with a Trn i went on this website paid my fee for the appropriate time that I wanted, I then went on to the pcams website to start the process of filling the application for I got to the section where I should validate my receipt and I put in my receipts numbers on different occasions and everytime the receipts could not be validated and im now stuck with a receipt that I can't do anything with. im actually fed up.

App is useless in its present iteration: always returns error "cannot load payment info". Had to login on website before I was able to pay Fitness fee. I'm sorry to say but there's a distinct difference in reliability between first world apps and those developed in third world countries....at least that's the case in Jamaica
