Ratings and reviews

The application hasn’t been opening for two days. As soon as I open it, it shows the app’s logo on a white screen, then it closes again and refuses to open completely. I tried “Clean Cache” and “Clean Storage,” deleted the app and reinstalled it, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service—they kept me waiting for 20 minutes and didn’t respond, so I got fed up and hung up.

I would normally give this a five-star app but the latest update keeps on crashing and I can't use the app anymore extremely frustrating and from reading the reviews of other people it seems like there's no point in trying to contact the call center as it seems like a nightmare in itself. deer developer please fix the problem ASAP as it is extremely disruptive.

The app crashes as soon as it is opened each time as of today. Reinstalling doesn't help. So it's become completely unusable. ~SOLUTION: Upon further investigation, the app was updated to refuse to open if certain apps are allowed Accessibility permission. In my case I had to disable Accessibility permission for Nova Launcher. This is NOT a safety issue. All my other banking apps work 100% with Nova Launcher. This is just unnecessary babysitting behavior. That's just annoying.
