One move after another It's ok if you are a beginner and wanna lose some weight but for an advanced person... not breath taking
Scanner never works It sucks when you manually have to enter every single meal as tge scanner never works. The options on their own list provide a good variety however it was too broad. The area where you enter the numerical information on the nutritional info doesn't have decimal point which forces you to round it up or down; however you still have to add those decimals manually on a separate sheet because at the end of the day they add up. Her works outs are awesome.
Service based App nothing special, have to pay subscription and if you need to cancel u get run around, the email provided responds they cant help u and that u have itunes, but i have android google play. Guess it will be a workout to cancel
Like having personal coach I like this app because Jillian demonstrates each exercise and I can use my phone to watch while I am doing her circuit training. I like her program for food journaling. Shows complete break down of amount of calories carbs vitamin fats sugars cholesterol fiber of foods. You can input foods you prefer into your database. I like this much better than ww. And others I have tried.
Doesn't let you start over. I didn't start the day I downloaded the app and it won't let me go back to day 1.
