Good app Love the powerful way it works. Lost inches and gained muscle. Only thing is... You cannot try before you buy. It can block you from signing in. Links to the computer site to match your workout and food journal. Same .exercises and meal plans. Yes you have a monthly fee but worth it! Most or all the good programs out there do charge. There are 2 that don't and I tried both Spark and my plate. Those both were good but I did gain when I followed them. No exercise with those plans.
I love this app!! I have been a ww member for 15 months and I lost 40lbs but I have come to a complete stand still the last 3-4 months and I couldn't understand why? This app counts everything you eat with no free fruits or bonus points and I love the daily exercise plan which makes working out productive and helpful in knowing exactly what to do I have only been a member a week so I will keep you posted on how much I loose Love this app! !
Absolutely amazing!!! Huge fan of Jillian anyway but this app is so comprehensive and has everything you want and need in one place. She helps you learn about nutrition, easily log and track food and drink and daily intakes, as well as any excersising you do. But I also really love the meal suggestion plan and the fitness plan especially. Her circuits are freaking hard and she kicks my ass but it's worth it. What she gets you doing works. Loving this so far, first week is hard but going great! Couldn't recommend any higher.
The sh*t works This woman is incredible. U can eat healthy and have it not taste like cardboard. The workouts will kill u but they show results fast in a healthy way and the calorie and workout log make u accountable for it all. Ive found every food in the library so i don't know where those reviews come from u just search. Even restaurant menus. This is a healthy life plan that shows results fast and is easy to continue
Works but could do more In Canada and the bar code scanner does not recognize foods i scan. Also common foods such as Yoplait Source 35 calories yogurt not found. I would also love it if I could add more than one food at a time in the food diary like I can in MyFitnesPal. Takes longer adding one at a time.
Like having personal coach I like this app because Jillian demonstrates each exercise and I can use my phone to watch while I am doing her circuit training. I like her program for food journaling. Shows complete break down of amount of calories carbs vitamin fats sugars cholesterol fiber of foods. You can input foods you prefer into your database. I like this much better than ww. And others I have tried.
