Payment plans are deceiving. Makes you think you're paying monthly, but in reality, you're paying and locked in for the entire term of contract (6, 12, or 24 months) with no options to cancel for a refund, and no grace period granted. Terms and conditions are buried within their contract. Buyers beware. I signed up, had a change of heart, but am stuck in this plan and unable to request a refund for any unused portions. Poor business plan.

Do not waste your money. The only way to actually use this app is to pay, and the only way to pay is to commit to a 6 months subscription. After paying I found almost no profiles in my local area (city population 1.2 million). I emailed customer service and requested a refund. They said no and referred me to terms and conditions. Then advised me to remove all preferences for matches. Right, because a preference like wanting children is insignificant when dating. eHarmony is a scam.

Still has the incessant problem of new messages from the other person not appearing when they were sent. I send a message and then suddenly one or two or more messages from the other person mysteriously appears above the one that I just sent. It's unreliable, if I'm not constantly sending messages, I have to hit the back arrow regularly to see if there's new message(s).
