Had a technical issue that resulted in a loss of a match. Was pleasantly surprised by the efforts of real people in the tech support office eHarmony. They actually went out of their way to assist also seems they are genuinely interested in helping people connect. Good old school customer support on a new tech platform. Online dating for guys is a hard gig for the average guy. Online dating is no easy gig but sure helps when the site actually stands by its mission. Thanks guys
I signed up for match and eharmony at the same time. Match was awful and I don't know why they even asked for preferences. Eharmony actually took what I wrote down and gave me matches that I genuinely am Interested in and shows me my top 3 most imortsnt traits I listed for my match. I only get 3 or 4 matches a day but I am super happy so far. I am excited to see who I meet!
Eharmony is about as lame as it gets. Expensive and just not near as good as Match or POF. I truly don't know how they stay in business. Other dating sites blow them away. I tried it because of name recognition of eharmony and its years of service. They made money over the years. I assume going out of business eventually does not concern them
I am really disappointed in the app and eharmony. I got an offer to a full access 7 day trial and after spending an hour or two filling out the profile and answering their questionnaire it told me I had to pay to continue. I thought I would give eharmony a try, but after being mislead and wasting a couple hours just to be told something different really speaks to the company manipulating you with false information just to get you to pay. This makes me wonder if the other online rumours about fake profiles is true. It certainly wouldn't surprise me after my initial experience.
I'm not sure if it's a lack of quality applicants on the site or what, but come on eHarmony! For as much as you charge for your site, you need to do much better than this. There's no way to search for who you want and most days the matches that they allow you to see are absolute duds. You'd think there would be algorithms or something to match you up, but they're just random people plucked from places hours away from me when I live in one of the most densely populated areas in the country. This site is lazy and it's a cash grab.
If you care about quality and caring staff these people have what you need. They do not claim to have a manic wand for everyone, you must do your part in being forthright and have integrity. This company returns your forthcoming attitudes with custom care. They send you pictures and people who fit the discretion of your profile. Never do they try to interview you during your stay with them, this is totally your choics. The reason for my critique is my satisfaction. I didn't say I wanted a marriage overnight, I wanted a friend first. I now have a precious friend of truth and integrity. We are just friends and are awaiting to see what becomes of our talking---neither of us are off eharmony. EHarmony is a safe invironment to talk and learn. Thank you staff and company of --eharmony
