It's generally good, does the job. Features that would make it much better. 1. App allows vehicle photo taking before and after use. None of this emailing nonsense. 2. History of previous rentals 3. Special instructions - some of these newer cars have strange ways of starting them. Either a sticker in the car or a note in the app would get rid of lots of support calls.

Shame there is not an option for minus 10. I don't remember when the last time was that I had to visit a branch 3 times for them to do what the App was supposed to do in seconds. The App kept failing. Three visits to the branch and them talking to their head office didn't sort it. I had to phone them and get them to get their promised act together and finalize things at last. What a let down!

The app is fine, but the service is just not worth it. Used it once, booked a car for 2 hours and used for 1:15, driven 17 miles. The price shown at booking was ~£15 and ended up paying like £24. Tried contacting them, and they said the price shown at booking was an estimative - What do they estimate? That I won't drive and keep the car parked? For twice that price, I could rent a car for a day. It's not worth it money-wise. As you can't return the car anywhere, it's also inconvenient.
