Car was great. However, I was quoted £60, then charged £128 when I went overtime by 20 minutes. This charge was completely without warning, it just showed up on my bank statement (poor communication). Furthermore, I had to pick the car up from a car park where it had racked up a £23 parking ticket that I had to pay (should also be made aware prior to agreeing to rent). Car club is a good idea, but very poorly executed.

The idea is great, while app seems slow with limited functionality and speed. The pricing system could be more transparent and clear so that there are no suprise charges and fees. My qoute was £156 for reservation from Friday 4pm till Sunday 7pm. I picked up car, used and returned it without any glitches however the final bill was £224.70. There were things on the bill that neither myself nor customer service advisor could make sense of. They couldnt explain to me which is a shame really.

Rubbish. Needed a car in 2 days time. Submitted an application. Uploaded driving license, selfie etc. Waited ages. Yawn. Called them. Sat on hold for my entire lunch break. Was told I had to go to an enterprise branch with loads of proof of identity. Told them I was an enterprise platinum member and all of a sudden they 'have two completely different systems' ? Go figure. Used another company.
