Ratings and reviews

mostly an easy app to use. Sometimes a little clunky just to get something quickly. one thing I would love to see added is just an availability calendar. As a casual I don't need to use annual leave etc. It would be great just to have a calendar to put the day available or unavailable. I don't need to explain or have a total of hours. Then a 5 star.

The WORST employee access app I have ever encountered. Especially if you have two payslips from two different employees. Not only does it make switching between work accounts near impossible and no matter how many times I have requested to change my password hoping that will help, I am now locked out of my main employee payroll and it doesn't recognise any password I try to enter, use capture, two factor authentication, enter in my passkey, use finger print. Nothing!!!!

This app was absolutely rubbish when my employer forced me to use this to view rostered shifts and access payment info, about two and a half years ago. They have improved by removing the ads that would flood your screen when you first opened the app. They also added a dark mode which makes me not hate this app. Thank you for listening to feedback. One more feedback is I would like to be able to synchronise rostered shifts automatically to Google calendar. 👍
