No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

My experience with employment hero has been HORRIFIC. I do not have a clock in/out feature at all. the instructions i am being sent to remedy the situation have been followed several times with the same results. It is creating a huge stress for both me and my employer. I have tried calling the help line which didn't accept my pin and hung up. None of the help settings work and I can't get technical assistance from 1 single person. If anyone is reading this PLEASE reach out to me

I have trouble with notifications because the app colour scheme contrast does not clearly highlight selected notices, and does not remove viewed notices from the screen view. I would like the notice of "jou have x unread notices" to be clickable to clear all read notices and leave in view only unread notices. 2025.03.25 approx. Update has addressed the contrast issue, thanks! 20250423 every update to the app causes me to have password problems. It hasn't changed but now I'm locked out again sigh
