I've been using this app for 6 months now and I've lost 20 pounds. As a working mom with 2 young children it's hard to eat right and find the time to workout. With this app, the meal plan I find myself not fretting about what's for supper; what groceries I need to buy; and finding the time for a long workout. Sure I end up cooking 2 different meals cause the children won't eat the food. But it sure makes a world of the difference for me. I love this app it's taught me you can get fit and enjoy great food while being a busy working mom.
I am very frustrated with this app! I downloaded it and started my free trial and was really liking it. But then the app starting crashing and not loading. Whenever I wanted to use it, I had to uninstall and reinstall it. Even then it hardly ever worked. I emailed customer service and never heard back from them. After 9 days of dealing with this and giving it the benefit of the doubt, I'm done.
Very shady business practices. They will try to take your money without you noticing. Just took $60 from me without me being at all aware of why this was happening. I feel VERY taken advantage of. edit: They were extremely fast in giving me a refund, but I'm still very concerned about the business model. One of my first jobs was a for a company that did something like this but with newsletters. It was a long time ago, but I still feel dirty when I'm reminded of it. Please be aware that my review has nothing to do with the workouts or meal plans, I ended up doing Starting Strength, so had no use for this app.
First day and things are going great. Meals include things i love to eat and they take recipes out based on items you dislike. Did my first workout. And it had videos to help. Song playlists to listen too. And I worked up a sweat. I really like that it's starting me out at a level I can actually accomplish with the motivation to keep going. I chose to try the pro version for the free 30 day trial.. But I'm thinking I'm going to pay the 75$ for the whole year! I love this app. I was paying 95 for 6 hours of personal training and meal prep help. But this is way more for my money. I encourage you all to try it out for yourself!! #stayhealthy
It's decent app but it doesn't track my weight accurately. I went from 150 to 145 lbs and it says I gained 23.6 lbs when clearly I lost 5 lbs. Also you should have at least one meal plan available without paying. Fix these issues and it would be a great app.
I use this app primarily for the meal plans and I have to say I absolutely love the addition of removing foods you don't like to eat from the search. For instance, I hate tomatoes so I'm able to omit them from my plan. It's amazing!
