First time i used the app for 20 minutes last night. Knock out or sleep, Just me and the noise. I felt a massage though my brain primarily i think. Will need to do a re run tonight. I didnt wake up refreshed like ok top of the world, but i am now. If the vibrations i felt was not phantom and not just a figment of my imagination. I'd enjoy this again.
I'm not sensitive to waves. Any waves, not only this app. But it seems I feel them only when they lead me to headaches. This app seems fine but I can't tell if it works. I will continue testing, beside red pepper, nothing can lead me to sleep. No joke 😛 Four stars because I'm sure, this app will work for someone else.
Some beats need tweaking Over all good app. Good selection of options. The "sleep" beat is too high on the hertz scale for sleeping and theres no other options for a short nap. Needs a 3 hertz range. Also volume control is limited. I set it on the lowest volume settingnand its still pretty loud. Some beats have some static noise.
App is great. App is great. Helped me with my depression and anxiety. I think people should read more about binaural beats or not use them if they are worried about side effects. And I never experienced any static noises. Plus it helped me be more focused while I was groggy. Just wish the ads were gone and had more tones to choose from. Like stress headache relief, insomnia, etc.
Headaches I don't have a hard time sleeping. I sleep deep & dream every night & lucid dream often. My husband has a hard time tho, but I just can't do this one. It hurts my ears & gives me a headache. All of them do. I hope it works for others better, but I've gotta find hubby something else because I just can't.
Wtf? So every single beat to choose from is just white noise at different levels of volume coupled with the sound of what I can only describe as a washing machine with worn out bearings on spin cycle in the Next Room over. Almost every beat sounded exactly the same just different volume levels. The Sleep ones are ridiculous because the only way you can actually hear the beat is to turn it up loud enough where the white noise is now completely overpowering and really just loud. How does anyone sleep through it?
