Hey, it looks like you released a new version of the app! How do I know? Because when the alarm went off this morning, I opened the app, and none of the controls that I had muscle memory for were present. I spent a couple of minutes fumbling around trying to figure out how to turn off the alarm, and discovered the alarm state was "Dismissed". Nope, it wasn't dismissed, it was still persistently rumbling to wake me up. Had to unplug the unit. Please give us the old app, don't do this again

Version 6 is quite an improvement. Still some actions are laggy and unresponsive like turning off the bed. I think they wait until the pod responds before showing that you pressed the button, when it would be more responsive if they showed the button press immediately and asynchronously showed a spinner or something while waiting for the pod to respond. Instead they seemingly freeze the entire UI waiting for a slow network IO before giving the user any kind of feedback.

The mattress pad works great but this app to control it is horrible. It crashes most mornings when you open it. But you have to open the app the turn off the vibration alarm (why can't it turn itself off or use a notification?!). You can set up multiple schedules but you can't name them, which makes it confusing to manage. There's too many tiles promoting articles cluttering up the UI. Many times you only get shown something once, such as a survey and then can never get it back.
