One of the best online shops that I ever used. Fair prices, the variety of products is beyond expectation, fantastic and polite support, tracking orders in a way that you know what is the each stage of your parcel, and other features are the ones that each customer is looking for. Downsides: Manipulative promotions. Never use them ! not even once. it's fraud! even when the parcel took longer than it's written, they pay $5 on paper! it's an absolute lie!

This is a nice app, offering prices that are far more competitive than on the other marketplaces. However, the risk of receiving a defective item (or one that doesn't match the advertised description or photos) is significantly higher here. And even in such cases, Temu's policy is quite accommodating; they readily issue refunds if a customer isn't satisfied with their purchase for any reason. But the amount of spam featuring various "discounts" and endless animations is overwhelming.

I was dubious at first but decided to try because of all the cool and different items you can't buy mainstream. Mostly I have been very happy with my purchases. A few times I have received a defective item ie spelling errors on a 12 month calender I bought or the thermal labels I ordered didn't have all the colours that were advertised in the 6 pack but the returns process is very simple and quick. I always request a credit to my account rather than a refund to put towards my next order.
