They did their usual bait and switch. Offer a discount/promo, and then when time to check out, those items disappear after payment made. Spoke with customer service and was told I might have not met requirements. I spent more than was required and still had time left. Their response was to send me links to cancel my order..which would have been great, IF they worked. So I ended up buying stuff for a promo that I never got. Then they text saying I can buy those items in a new order.

They give you free deals, but be careful of them. If you happen to accidently order something, DO NOT wait, cancel the order ASAP. They are pretty good on refunding your money, as a credit on the site, or back to your credit card. Some of the products, are not up to high standards, but most of those items are the FREE ones. lol. what do you expect for free. I would have given them a 5 star, if I had not been tricked into getting something when I thought was going to get the free items 2

Good prices, highly inconvenient to use. Example: you see an item in a Temu ad that you are like, so you click on it. Your page is immediately hijacked by a fake game that always gives you the max prize. You click through that. Now to see the item...wait, now there's a special offer for cash back! Click past that. 3RD interruption: limited time only! 29:59 to shop THIS PAGE ONLY that doesn't have the item you came to see! Tip: 30 min means nothing, they extend it at the end. Never found my item.
