About this game

In a Slitherlink puzzle your goal is to form a single loop through the game field using numerical clues.

You can read more about the history and rules in Wikipedia.

In addition to classic square grids of different sizes and difficulties this implementation of Slitherlink offers hexagon, pentagon and mixed grids. Try solving those, it may require different ways of thinking.

Automatic coloring of clues and lines helps thinking, but can be turned off for more classic look and tougher challenge.

I've been playing with the full version for a long time now. I love the "inside/outside" (parity) marking and the fact that *all* puzzles may be solved without guessing and, of course, have a unique solution. I play only in the hardest setting and with maximum size, and the sense of accomplishment when the puzzle zooms out and you see the full colored picture is great!

The puzzles themselves are fun, but the app lacks many features that would make solving them less tedious. For example, parity shading has 4 set colors, and you set them by tapping 1-4 times. Why not have a Party coloring tool, and let us select the color? Having a shading tool separate from the fill/empty tool would make this app much easier to use, and being able to select the color of shading and lines ses like it should be a given to me.

I find it quite frustrating that in the middle of the game you found out that it impossible to continue, even after you undo some steps back. Meaning the mistake is way back. And the way I play, for the hard levels, is to play for a few minutes and continue next day. So I could have forgot my reasoning of doing this or that. I suggest you provide solution, or an option to warn when we first make mistake. But very good game! Very similar feels to minesweeper
